HOW DO I RENT A DRESS?
Rent a dress, wear it, and return it. Book a personalized one on one fitting in our Burnaby showroom to try on any of the available dresses. Alternatively you can browse and book a dress directly online. Once you have found a dress, it will be reserved for your selected 4-day period (extended rentals are available upon request and subject to additional charges). Pick up your dress from our showroom at the allocated time, as arranged. Alternatively, delivery is available for select locations for an additional charge. After your event, returning your dress is simple. Drop it back off to our showroom or it will be picked up if the delivery option is selected. There is no need to clean the dress; we take care of everything.

WHAT IF THE DRESS GETS DAMAGED?
If the dress gets damaged during your rental period, reasonable efforts will be made to have it repaired once the dress has been returned. The cost of the repair will be charged back to you. If the dress is not repairable, the customer is responsible to pay the full retail price of the dress.
WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT SHOWN?
We are working on expanding the sizing and selection of our dress rental collection. If you are interested in a style but are looking for a different size, please email us as some of the dresses can be ordered in a full size range. You can also book a fitting to try on the dress in person to ensure the right fit.
HOW DO I CONSIGN A DRESS FOR RENT?
Do you have new or lightly used dresses that are sitting in your closet? Consign it for rental and earn money by adding them to our rental collection. Submit your dress details online or by email to have them reviewed by our team. Once our consignment agreement has been signed and the dress has been received we will start renting it out for you! You will earn 40% of each rental and can take back the dress at any time subject to all rentals being fulfilled.
ARE ALL DRESSES IN YOUR COLLECTION ON CONSIGNMENT?
Our rental collection is curated of new dresses purchased from brands that we work with as well as dresses that have been consigned from our customers. All dresses in our collection are maintained to a certain standard to ensure that your rental feels and looks new.
